Abstract:
Disclosed are a silk anticoagulant vascular stent cover film and a preparation method therefor. Silkworm silk is divided into two groups, wherein one group is twisted and combined to obtain a silk thread group, and the other group is a single silk group, and then both groups are boiled with deionized water for degumming. The silk thread group is braided into a tubular structure by means of a braiding machine, and the silk in the single silk group is dissolved in a lithium bromide neutral salt solution to prepare a dissolved silk fibroin solution, the dissolved silk fibroin solution is then poured into a dialysis bag, and the dialysis bag filled with the dissolved silkworm silk fibroin solution is placed in a container containing deionized water for continuous dialysis, so as to obtain a purified silkworm silk fibroin aqueous solution; the silk fibroin aqueous solution is then concentrated by means of a rotary evaporator; and an appropriate amount of a cross-linking agent is then added therein for reaction and the layer-by-layer impregnation and coating of a silk fibroin tubular braid, during which the fibroin tubular braid is impregnated and coated with an anticoagulant drug hirudin alternately or in a hybrid way multiple times, so as to obtain the silk anticoagulant vascular stent cover film. The cover film has good biomechanical properties and long-lasting anticoagulant activity.
