Abstract:
The present invention provides a preparation method for a silk fibroin (SF) composite porous stent, comprising: degumming silkworm silk, dissolving, dialysis, filtering, and concentrating same to obtain a SF solution; activating ketal thiol that has carboxyl groups at both ends with a cross-linking agent, then mixing same with the SF solution, adding the reacted solution to a mixed system of absolute ethanol and polyvinyl alcohol, stirring, freezing, thawing, centrifuging, and finally freeze-drying same a precipitate to obtain SF/TK nanoparticles; and resuspending the prepared SF/TK nanoparticles in the dialyzed SF solution, adding a cross-linking agent for reaction, and then freeze-drying same to obtain an SF composite porous stent. According to the present invention, a functional SF tissue engineering stent having intelligent response delivery of drugs and biologically active factors is developed, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of drug treatment at diseased tissue sites.
