Title:
SILK SCREEN PRINTING METHOD FOR ACHIEVING PRINTED BEZEL COATING THICKNESS REQUIRED TO IMPROVE DEFECT RATE IN MANUFACTURE OF TOUCH SCREEN PANEL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/200238
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a silk screen printing method for achieving a printed bezel coating thickness required to improve a defect rate when a touch screen panel is manufactured. The present invention prints a thin bezel coating having a thickness of 0.7㎛ to 2㎛ while maintaining the hiding power of the printed bezel coating through silk screen printing, thereby improving a pattern disconnection problem occurring in ITO deposition or ITO film laminating because the thickness of the printed bezel coating is minimized, and enabling a delicate touch operation because bubble formation is prevented and resistivity is kept constant. Accordingly, the present invention can significantly lower a high defect rate caused by such problems in existing methods.
