Abstract:
A simulation method for a position sensor, and a hardware-in-loop EGSM test system. The simulation method comprises: building a position-sensor IO model; performing interface configuration on the sensor IO model by means of an upper computer and a lower computer, and transmitting the interface configuration to an SPI simulation board card by means of Ethernet communication, so as to achieve simulation of and control over SPI protocol data of the position sensor; the SPI simulation board card outputting, according to fault-related control parameters and physical values in the sensor IO model, the SPI protocol data simulated by the position sensor to an EGSM control unit; and the EGSM control unit recognizing sensor data, so as to determine whether the state of the current controller is normal and determine the position of a gear lever and an action intention, performing backlight display and gear indication, giving an anomaly handling strategy, and sending a message to another control unit by means of a CAN bus. For the situation during the development process of a controller, strategies and effects of an EGSM for handling different faults of a position sensor can be verified.
