Abstract:
Provided is a simulator device allowing simplification and cost minimization. A simulator device (10) that generates and emits, to a LiDAR (92) shining a laser light (L) at a plurality of scanning locations, a false light (F) corresponding to said laser light (L), and comprises: a light focusing unit (20) that focuses the laser light (L) shined at the plurality of scanning locations; and a simulator (14) that, in accordance with the laser light (L) focused by the light focusing unit (20), generates the false light (F) resembling scattered light that is produced in a prescribed location, and emits the false light (F) to the LiDAR (90) via the light focusing unit (20).
