Abstract:
Provided is an engineering bacteria synthesizing α-aminobutyric acid, wherein the preparation method is: after the tandem of L-threonine deaminase, L-amino acid dehydrogenase and a dehydrogenase gene for providing cofactor NADH circulation, constructing a co-expression vector, and then transfecting same into host bacteria. The vector comprises a promoter and a ribosome binding site sequence designed respectively, so as to control the three enzymes and realize the coordinated expression, and increase the final yield of α-aminobutyric acid.
