Abstract:
A single-end countercurrent refrigerating system for a superconducting cable. The superconducting cable comprises a low-temperature Dewar tube (1) and an electrified conductor (2) arranged in an inner cavity of the low-temperature Dewar tube (1). The superconducting cable further comprises: a first liquid nitrogen channel (11) arranged in an inner cavity of the electrified conductor (2); a second liquid nitrogen channel (12) arranged between the low-temperature Dewar tube (1) and the electrified conductor (2), wherein the first liquid nitrogen channel (11) and the second liquid nitrogen channel (12) are in communication at a position close to one end portion of the superconducting cable; and a refrigerating system arranged at one end of the superconducting cable, the refrigerating system being connected to the first liquid nitrogen channel (11) by means of a first cooling pipeline (301) and being connected to the second liquid nitrogen channel (12) by means of a second cooling pipeline (302), and same being used for providing liquid nitrogen and sending the liquid nitrogen to the first liquid nitrogen channel (11) by means of the first cooling pipeline (301), wherein the liquid nitrogen sequentially flows through the first liquid nitrogen channel (11) and the second liquid nitrogen channel (12) and then flows back to the refrigerating system for refrigerating. The refrigerating system has a simple structure, and can make a superconducting cable operate in a suitable liquid nitrogen temperature zone.
