Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vane pump comprising: a pump housing of which one side supports a motor module for providing driving power and the other side is coupled to a pump module so as to be coupled to the motor module rotating around a rotary shaft; and a pump cover coupled to the pump housing so as to enable the pump module to be accommodated therein, wherein the pump module includes: a rotor rotating by being coupled to the motor module; a plurality of vanes coupled so as to be insertable/retractable into/from the rotor; and a cam ring with which the end portions of the vanes come in contact so as to guide the vanes and which is coupled to the pump housing so as to form a pressure chamber between the rotor and the camp ring such that fluid can be suctioned and discharged therethrough, and the pressure chamber is divided into a suction part for performing suction while the volume thereof is gradually increased, and a discharge part of which the volume is gradually reduced, and includes a low-pressure discharge part provided at the upper side of the discharge part such that pressurized fluid is discharged therethrough and a high-pressure discharge part provided at the lower side of a discharge area such that the pressurized fluid is discharged therethrough. Accordingly, provided is the vane pump having a simple structure and enabling high pressure and low pressure to be formed with one pump.
