Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a slave station terminal which can quickly and easily be made to display the local address thereof at the site where the slave station terminal is installed, without newly providing a mobile part which is unrelated to the original operation of the slave station terminal. [Solution] A slave station terminal according to the present invention is provided with local station address data storage means, transmission means, input/output means for transferring data with a display unit and input unit, and input signal pattern judgement means. The transmission means extracts control data from a transmission signal on a shared data signal line connected to the control side, and also sends a monitoring data signal to the shared data signal line. The judgement means sends a confirmation display signal as an output signal for the display unit if an input signal from the input unit is a predetermined pattern. The display unit receives the confirmation display signal and displays local station address data in such a way that the local station address data can be distinguished from the control data.
