Abstract:
In the relaxation phase, moderate stretching and vibrating massage are performed with respect to the body, tense muscles of the body are soothed, muscle fatigue is relieved, and comfort is increased for the body, thus allowing the body to enter a deeply relaxed state; then, in the sleep-aiding phase, the head of the body is raised, congestions in the lungs are reduced, oxygen intake is increased, the intracranial pressure is lowered, the intracranial venous return is promoted, thus allowing blood to circulate intracranially as quickly as possible, and aiding the body to enter a sleep phase at an increased speed. By means of the two phases, fatigue is relieved and blood and oxygen are promoted to enter the brain as quickly as possible, thus allowing the body to enter a sleep state at an increased speed.
