Abstract:
The present application relates to a sleep control method for a wireless access device, a medium, and a system, and a wireless access device. The sleep control method comprises: determining whether the time in which a wireless access device is in an idle state is greater than a first time threshold, wherein the idle state comprises a state in which there is no WiFi access and no USB connection; if it is determined that the time in which the wireless access device is in the idle state is greater than the first time threshold, allowing the wireless access device to enter a first-level sleep state, wherein the wireless access device is allowed to enter the first-level sleep state by performing at least one of the following operations: turning off the WiFi broadcast function of the wireless access device; reducing the CPU frequency of the modem of the wireless access device; and turning off at least one antenna of the wireless access device. The present application reduces the power consumption of a device by allowing the device to enter a sleep state, thereby increasing the battery life of the device.
