Abstract:
A sleeve grouting plumpness detection system, and a grouting plumpness detection method based on a hole-preforming endoscope method. The detection system comprises a grouting sleeve (1), a detection hole casing (2), a core rod (3), and an industrial endoscope; the grouting sleeve is used for connecting an upper-layer vertical steel bar (4) and a lower-layer vertical steel bar (4), and a detection hole (12), a slurry outlet hole (11) and a grouting hole are respectively formed in the grouting sleeve; the detection hole casing (2) is sleeved on the detection hole (12), and a pipeline of the detection hole casing (2) is communicated with the detection hole (12) to form a detection channel; the core rod (3) is mounted in the detection channel and is used for blocking the detection channel, and the core rod (3) has one end inserted into the detection hole (12) of the grouting sleeve, and the other end abutting against the tail part of the detection hole casing (2); and the industrial endoscope is used for observing a grouting condition by means of the detection channel after the core rod (3) is pulled out. When grouting plumpness detection is carried out, it is only necessary to damage the detection hole casing (2) and pull out the core rod (3), and then the industrial endoscope can be inserted for detection, thereby achieving the advantages such as high detection speed, simple operation, wide application range, low comprehensive costs, and random detection.
