Abstract:
A slide gate for a molten-steel vessel and assembling method thereof are provided according to the invention. The slide gate for a molten-steel vessel includes a mounting plate for fitting a base. The top end of the base is connected to a driving mechanism for the slide gate. A frame is provided on the base. An elastic element and a sliding block are provided on the frame. A recess is formed on a surface of the base opposite to the sliding block. An upper sliding plate and a lower sliding plate are embedded in the recess. The frame and the sliding block respectively have guide rails mated with each other and move relative to each other by surface contacting of the respective guide rails. A elongated through slot is formed in the base so that a stopper is provided at an end of the elongated through slot. A rolling mechanism is provided on the frame corresponding to the elongated through slot so as to be embedded in the elongated through slot. A guide rail is provided on the inner side of the stopper. In assembling process, the rolling mechanism is moved toward inside of the elongated through slot and positioned at the stopper. After positioning, the elastic element connected to the rolling mechanism on the frame is deformed under press so as to generate a pretightening force for positioning the frame on the base. The driving mechanism can individually drive the sliding block to reciprocate on the frame, thereby controlling the slide gate for the molten-steel vessel to open or close. According the invention, as the rolling mechanism is provided on the frame and the guide rail is correspondingly provided on the sliding block, during relative movement of the sliding block and the frame, fluctuation of interface pressing force acting on the sliding plate is significantly reduced, thereby improving overall stability of the system. As the elastic element is isolated from high temperature zone, not only the relative operating temperature thereof is low, but also the pressing force may be long standing and service life thereof is long. According the assembling method of the invention, as the pressing force of the elastic element is generated by the guide rail on the frame sliding up to the guide rail on the base, the interface pressing force once generated may not fluctuate by the movement of the sliding block, so the stability of the pressing force is significantly increased, and because the fixing structure for the upper and lower sliding plate is reasonable, the operation thereof is simple and easy to be utilized with safety.
