Abstract:
A sliding fitness device, comprising: a contact portion (10) for action of an external force; a rotating member (20) located below the contact portion (10) and able to be in contact with an acting surface (G); and at least first and second sliding members (41, 42) respectively located at two sides of the rotating member (20). When a user steps on the contact portion (10) with feet to do sliding motion, the first sliding member (41) or the second sliding member (42) is in contact with the acting surface (G), and the contact portion (10) is tilted, so that the feet of the user can simulate circular arc sliding motion.
