Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a small-bucket pre-curling machine, comprising: a frame, wherein a working platform is arranged on the frame; a main shaft assembly, which comprises a lifting shaft, wherein the top of the lifting shaft is provided with a tray for placing a workpiece thereon, the working platform is provided with a reserved hole corresponding to the tray, the tray is driven by the lifting shaft to extend out of or retract into an upper surface of the working platform, a fixing sleeve is arranged below the working platform, a belt wheel shaft sleeved on the lifting shaft is assembled on the fixing sleeve, and the belt wheel shaft is driven by a first electric motor and is linked with the lifting shaft by means of splines; a pressure disc assembly, which comprises a fixing press frame arranged above the working platform, wherein the fixing press frame is provided with a pressure disc that matches the tray to clamp the workpiece and rotates coaxially with the tray; and a pre-curling assembly, which comprises a winding wheel arranged on the upper surface of the working platform, wherein the winding wheel is located on one side of the pressure disc assembly and performs a feed movement relative to the pressure disc, and the winding wheel is provided with a curling forming groove in contact with an edge of the workpiece.
