Abstract:
The present invention relates to a smart device and a smart bedding system for inducing a user to fall into a deep sleep, and provides a smart device comprising a control module which on the basis of biometric information, transmitted from a temperature control module and an assembly, for each of the user's body parts in contact therewith, controls the temperature control module to control the temperature of the assembly.
