Abstract:

A smart electromagnetic flue-cured tobacco apparatus comprises a flue-cured tobacco room (11), a control device (12), and a thermal energy generating device (13) disposed inside the flue-cured tobacco room (11) and connected to the control device (12). The thermal energy generating device (13) comprises a heating element (131), an induction coil (132) disposed on the heating element (131) and electrically connected to the control device (12), and a number of heat sink assemblies (133) disposed on the heating element (131). When the induction coil (132) operates, a high-frequency alternating magnetic field is generated, so as to produce an induction current in the heating element (131) and generate heat. The smart electromagnetic flue-cured tobacco apparatus reduces the number of heat transfers, reduces energy consumption, and improves the efficiency of heat transfers. The invention produces no exhaust or solid emissions during the heating process, and the lack of an open flame reduces environmental pollution and improves safety. The control device (12) achieves fully automatic and precise temperature control and ensures more optimized smart technology.
