Abstract:
A smart glove (1) and a method for manufacturing the smart glove (1). The smart glove (1) comprises: a glove body (10), formed by two palm-shaped glove half portions, one of the glove half portions being provided with a two-layer structure to form a sandwich layer located at the side of a hand back; a button (20); a control box (30); a circuit assembly (40) located in the sandwich layer, comprising at least one finger circuit (41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, 41e) that is positioned in a finger part corresponding to the glove body (10) and that is separately provided with one or more sensors (410a, 410b, 410c, 410d, 410e, 411a, 411b, 411c, 411d, 411e, 412a); and a conductive circuit (42) connecting the finger circuit (41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, 41e) and the button (20) to the control box (30). A first opening (11), a second opening (12) and a button opening (14) are formed in an outer layer of the glove half portion having the two-layer structure. The smart glove (1) has the advantages that the smart glove (1) has a simple structure, is convenient to assemble and manufacture, is accurate to measure, has a rapid data processing speed, is convenient to wear and has a high recognition efficiency. By means of the method for manufacturing the smart glove (1), components of the smart glove (1) can be rapidly assembled, and damage to a measurement circuit can be easily prevented in the assembly process.
