Abstract:
Provided are a smart interactive fault handling method, apparatus, and system, for use in the smart field. The smart fault handling method comprises: receiving device fault information sent by a car washing device (S101); determining whether the device fault information meets a preset condition (S102); when the determination result is affirmative, sending handling guide information to the user (S103); receiving fault handling information sent by the user (S104); for the fault handling information, sending a working command corresponding to the fault handling information to the car washing device (S105). The present method enables a user to achieve the effect of solving a fault by means of self-handling.
