The present application discloses a snow throwing mechanism and a snow removal apparatus, the snow throwing mechanism being used in the snow removal apparatus. The snow throwing mechanism comprises a mounting member and multiple snow throwing blades protruding from a side of the mounting member. The mounting member is configured to be fixedly connected to a drive mechanism of the snow removal apparatus, and is configured to rotate around its own rotation center driven by the drive mechanism, protruding directions of the snow throwing blades being parallel to a rotation axis of the mounting member, and the multiple snow throwing blades being arranged surrounding the rotation axis of the mounting member. The snow throwing blades each have a corresponding first side and second side, the first side being located at a side of the second side close to a circumference of the mounting member. Included angles are formed between a connecting line from a joint of the first side and the mounting member to the rotation center and distribution directions of the first side and the second side, the included angles each ranging from 10 degrees to 40 degrees.
