Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a chimeric antigen receptor with a light chain variable region having a sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 and a heavy chain variable region having a sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2. The chimeric antigen receptor can have a killing effect on a tumor cell, especially a tumor cell expressing Axl. Embodiments of the present invention also provide a derivative of the chimeric antigen receptor and use thereof.
