Abstract:
A soft magnetic powder which comprises an Fe-Si-Al alloy and has an average particle diameter of 1-50μm, wherein the proportion of a DO3 superlattice phase is in the range of 0.2-0.85 and the proportion of a B2 superlattice phase is in the range of 0.05-0.8 when obtained according to the formulas DO3 superlattice phase proportion = I111/I200×100÷7 and B2 superlattice phase proportion =(I200/I220×100-I111/I220×300÷7)÷17.5 (In the formulas, I111 represents the (111) peak intensity, I200 represents the (200) peak intensity and I220 represents the (220) peak intensity) on the basis of the intensity ratios of peaks (111), (200) and (220) when measuring using X-ray diffraction.
