Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of surgical instruments, and in particular to a soft tissue pull apparatus for a breast surgery. The apparatus comprises a pull plate body. The pull plate body comprises a transverse plate and a vertical pull plate. The interior of the vertical pull plate is hollow. An extendable/retractable pull plate moves up and down inside the vertical pull plate. The extendable/retractable pull plate comprises an extendable/retractable plate and a pull head. A transmission rack I is provided on the extendable/retractable plate. A transmission gear I rotates to drive the transmission rack I to move up and down. The transmission gear I is driven by a transmission gear II to rotate. A handle moves to drive a transmission rack II to move. A protective cover is provided above the pull plate body by means of a snap-fit recess; a handle movement opening is provided on the top of the protective cover. Two or more handle positioning grooves are provided on one side of the handle movement opening. The handle moves along the handle movement opening and can be snap-fitted in the handle positioning grooves to control a moving distance of the transmission rack II, thus implementing a function of pulling soft tissue at different depths. The handle positioning grooves can control an extension/retraction amount.
