Abstract:
A visualization-based data warehousing dedicated door, comprising a foundation (100) and a mounting wall body (107). A motor cavity (101) extending left and right is provided in the foundation (100), a power motor (105) is fixedly provided in the motor cavity (101), and the power motor (105) is connected to a power shaft (103); the mounting wall body (107) is provided with a channel (113) penetrating through the front and the rear, a lifting door panel (110) is provided in the channel (113), and the lifting door panel (110) is connected to the power shaft (103) by means of lifting pull cables (123) and a belt wheel set; the upper end wall of the motor cavity (101) is provided with a transmission space (127) by means of a connecting groove (131), a threaded rod (102) is provided in the connecting groove (131), upper and lower ends of the threaded rod (102) respectively extend into the transmission space (127) and the motor cavity (101), and the power motor (105) penetrates through the threaded rod (102) and is in fit connection with the threaded rod (102); a lower end of the channel (113) is provided with a flipping shaft (124), and a flipping door panel (141) is mounted on the flipping shaft (124); a lower end of the transmission space (127) is provided with a transmission shaft (126) extending upwardly, an upper end of the transmission shaft (126) extends into the flipping shaft (124), a left end of the threaded rod (102) controls the rotation of the transmission shaft (126) by means of a gear set to control the flipping door panel (141) to open, and a scanning probe (140) and a liquid crystal operation screen (142) are used for scanning information of goods in and out of a warehouse and uploading same to a database at the same time. According to the visualization-based data warehousing dedicated door, a basic function of the door is achieved by means of transmission of a gear set; moreover, a lifting door panel is driven to lift by means of mechanical transmission of a belt wheel set, and the actual height of a channel is increased, so that tall and large goods can be directly scanned and warehoused without dismounting and mounting, and the running efficiency of warehouse logistics is improved.
