Abstract:
Provided is a solar battery cell (1) in which the length of a solar battery string is adjustable. One aspect of the present invention relates to a solar battery cell (1) in which: a first semiconductor layer (20) includes a plurality of first main semiconductor portions (21) and a first terminal semiconductor portion (23) continuously connected to another side of a first aggregate semiconductor portion (22) in a first direction; a second semiconductor layer (30) includes a plurality of second main semiconductor portions (31) and a second aggregate semiconductor portion (32); a first electrode pattern (40) includes a plurality of first finger electrodes (41) stacked in the first main semiconductor portions (21) to extend in the first direction, a first busbar electrode (42) stacked in the first aggregate semiconductor portion (22), and a first pad electrode (43) stacked in the first terminal semiconductor portion (23) and continuously connected to the first busbar electrode (42); and a second electrode pattern (50) includes a plurality of second finger electrodes (51) stacked in the second main semiconductor portions (31) to extend in the first direction, and a second busbar electrode (52) stacked in the second aggregate semiconductor portion (32).
