Abstract:
A solar cell element according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a crystalline semiconductor substrate, an amorphous first semiconductor layer laminated on the semiconductor substrate, and an amorphous second semiconductor layer laminated on the first semiconductor layer. The atom density of the semiconductor material in the first semiconductor layer is larger than the atom density of the semiconductor material in the second semiconductor layer.
