Abstract:
Disclosed are a solar cell and a method for manufacturing same. The solar cell comprises: a substrate; a backside electrode layer disposed on the substrate; a light absorption layer disposed on the backside electrode layer; and a window layer disposed on the light absorption layer, wherein the window layer includes: a base layer disposed on the light absorption layer; and an antireflection pattern disposed on the base layer, and the antireflection pattern comprises: a top surface; and an inclined surface extending from the top surface in an inclined direction.
