Abstract:
According to one embodiment, a method for manufacturing a solar cell comprises the following steps: forming a first electrode layer on a substrate; forming a light-absorbing layer on the first electrode layer; forming a buffer layer on the light-absorbing layer; heat-treating the buffer layer to reduce the oxygen content of the buffer layer; and forming a second electrode layer on the buffer layer.
