Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solar cell having maximized conversion efficiency, and a method for manufacturing same. By applying a solar cell of which the hydrogen content at an n-type conductive-side transparent electrode is equal to or greater than the hydrogen content at a p-type conductive-side transparent electrode, the transmittance of the transparent electrodes may be improved, and electrical contact resistance may be reduced, and as a result, an effect may be achieved of improving the conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
