Abstract:
Provided are a solar cell and the like having an increased conversion efficiency. A solar cell 10 includes a crystal substrate 11 in which a major surface 21U on a light reception side US provides a first texture surface TX, and a major surface 21B on a non-light reception side BS provides a second texture surface TX2, wherein the second texture surface TX occupies not less than 20% of the area of the major surface 21B.
