Abstract:
The present invention provides a solar cell module and a photovoltaic power generating device in which the size of the light-receiving surface of a solar cell element is not constrained by the height of an end surface of a light-guiding plate. The present invention is provided with: a light-guiding plate (2) having a first main surface (2a) and a second main surface (2b) opposing the first main surface, the light-guiding plate (2) converting external light incident from the first main surface or the second main surface into fluorescence using a fluorescent body (21) and emitting the fluorescence; and a solar cell element (3) for receiving the fluorescence emitted by the light-guiding plate, the end part of the light-guiding plate being provided with a first surface (2c1) curving from the first main surface to the second main surface, a second surface (2c2) curving from the second main surface to the side opposite the first main surface, and a third surface (2c3) contacting the first surface and the second surface. The solar cell element (3) is installed on the third surface, and the solar cell element receives fluorescence emitted from the third surface.
