Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an anode body provided with a porous section at at least a surface layer; a dielectric layer formed at at least a portion of the surface of the anode body; and a cathode section covering at least a portion of the dielectric layer. The cathode section is provided with a solid electrolyte layer covering at least a portion of the dielectric layer. The anode body has: a first portion serving as a cathode forming section in which the solid electrolyte layer is formed; and a second portion in which the solid electrolyte layer is not formed. The second portion includes at least an anode section including an end section at the opposite side from the first portion of the anode body. The first portion is partitioned into a plurality of regions, and a solid electrolytic capacitor element in which a groove section is present at a boundary of the plurality of neighboring regions is used, whereby the solid electrolytic capacitor element having excellent thermal stability and a solid electrolytic capacitor provided with said solid electrolytic capacitor element are provided.
