Abstract:
Disclosed are solid lipid magnetic resonance nanoparticles and the preparation method and use thereof. The nanoparticle uses glycerol monostearate as the lipid material, compounds the magnetic resonance contrast agent gadopentetate dimeglumine and octadecylamine, and uses trehalose as the freeze-drying protecting agent so as to prepare lipid nanoparticles which are easily digested intestinally. The present invention performs optimization on the basis of the previous preparation method of solid lipid nanoparticles, and the prepared nanoparticles have a good water-solubility and homogeneous particle size, prolong the release time of gadopentetate dimeglumine in the nanoparticles, and decrease the toxicity of the materials on breast cancer cells, thus improving the relaxivity of MR imaging.
