Abstract:
Disclosed is a solid lubricant applying device which uses four pieces of solid lubricant to sufficiently apply lubricating material to the flanges of wheels. This solid lubricant applying device is such that a pair of first rotation arms (8, 8) and a pair of second rotation arms (9, 9) are provided on first and second holding sections (6a, 6b) which constitute a holding section (6), and that a total of four pieces of solid lubricant (5) mounted on the ends of the rotation arms (8, 8, 9, 9) are brought into sliding contact with flange sections (4) of wheels (2).
