Abstract:
The problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a quinacridone pigment which is suitable for use in ink-jet inks, etc., has a clear yellowish hue, and has excellent storage stability. The pigment is a quinacridone solid-solution pigment which comprises at least C.I. Pigment Violet 19 and C.I. Pigment Red 122, and is characterized in that in analysis by X-ray diffractometry, the ratio of the intensity of a diffraction peak at a diffraction angle 2θ of 14.8±0.2° to the intensity of a diffraction peak at a diffraction angle 2θ of 11.9±0.2° is 1.20 or less.
