Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a solid-state image capture element, an image capture device, and an electronic apparatus which, even in a configuration in which a pixel signal reading mode is switched between a source follower (SF) mode and a differential mode, make it possible to increase the speed of pixel reading in the differential mode. When a pixel signal of a first pixel and a second pixel forming a differential pair is read, D-phase data of the first pixel and P-phase data of the second pixel signal are simultaneously AD-converted using the slope of the same reference signal. The present disclosure may be adapted in an image capture device.
