Abstract:
The present invention improves stability of a current-voltage conversion circuit in a solid-state image pickup element that converts a photocurrent into a voltage signal. A photodiode photoelectrically converts inputted light, and generates a photocurrent. A conversion transistor converts the photocurrent into a voltage signal, and outputs the signal from the gate. A current source transistor supplies a predetermined constant current to an output signal line connected to the gate. A voltage supply transistor supplies, to the source of the conversion transistor, a constant voltage corresponding to the predetermined constant current supplied from the output signal line. A capacitor is connected between the gate and the source of the conversion transistor.
