Abstract:
A solid-state imaging apparatus (50) is provided with: a photoelectric conversion element (1) that photoelectrically converts incident light and outputs charges; signal switches (7a, 7b, ..., 7n) that are each connected at one end to the output of the photoelectric conversion element (1); and signal capacitors (8a, 8b, ..., 8n). The signal capacitors (8a, 8b, ..., 8n) are connected to the other ends of different signal switches (7a, 7b, ..., 7n), and store changes generated by the photoelectric conversion element (1) and transferred via the signal switches (7a, 7b, ..., 7n). By switching the multiple signal switches (7a, 7b, ..., 7n) between on and off, at least some of the signal switches (7a, 7b, ..., 7n) are sequentially turned on.
