Abstract:
The present invention improves the resolution of a solid-state imaging element which detects visible light and ultraviolet light within one pixel. According to the present invention, first and second photoelectric conversion elements perform photoelectric conversion of incident light, respectively. A first storage part stores an electrical charge that is photoelectrically converted by the first photoelectric conversion element. The second storage part is arranged on one surface of a substrate, and stores an electrical charge that is photoelectrically converted by the second photoelectric conversion element. A connection part is connected to the second storage part so as to transfer the electrical charge stored in the second storage part to the other surface of the substrate.
