Abstract:
This solid-state imaging element is equipped with: a light-receiving unit (244e) comprising an arrangement of photoelectric conversion elements for storing an electrical charge according to an amount of received light; a retrieval device (244f) for retrieving an imaging signal based on the electrical charge stored by the light-receiving unit (244e); and a color filter (244g). Therein, the color filter (244g) has filter units positioned in a lattice pattern which are obtained by positioning 16 filters, which are selected in a manner such that there are six or more green filters, six or more blue filters, and no fewer than two and no more than four red filters, in four rows and four columns of filters. Furthermore, two filters for transmitting light of the wavelength band of the same color in the filter units are divided by a retrieval unit adjacent thereto in one direction, and the retrieval device (244f) retrieves in unison the electrical charges stored by the two photoelectric conversion elements corresponding to the retrieval units.
