Abstract:
The present technology relates to a solid-state imaging element, an imaging method, and an electronic device that make it possible to achieve an increase in charge transfer efficiency. The solid-state imaging element comprises a photoelectric conversion unit for converting input light into charge, and a charge holding unit for holding charge and transferring the charge being held. The charge holding unit includes a plurality of electrodes arranged in a direction substantially perpendicular to the charge transfer direction to apply a voltage to the charge holding unit. The present technology may be applied to electronic devices.
