Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to treat waste liquid by a simpler mechanism. Waste liquid 22 is accommodated in a waste liquid tank 12. Cold air is supplied from a compressor 16 to a cooling condenser 44 of a distillation unit 14, and by this means the cooling condenser 44 is cooled. Warm air is supplied to the waste liquid tank 12 as waste heat from the compressor 16, and the waste liquid 22 in the waste liquid tank 12 is heated by this means. Water vapor evaporating from the waste liquid 22 rises in a space 46 inside the distillation unit 14 and is sent to a flow path 42 by a fan 52. The water vapor is cooled and condensed by the cooling condenser 44 in the flow path 42 and moisture is generated. That moisture is eliminated from a drain opening 58.
