Abstract:
Provided is a solvent composition for electric device production, which serves as a starting material for a paste composition that can be coated with high accuracy using a printing method and is capable of forming a wiring line or coating film having excellent electrical characteristics with high yield by being baked after coating and by suppressing the generation of an ash content or a volatile material.
A solvent composition for electric device production according to the present invention contains a solvent and a compound represented by formula (1).
(In the formula, ring Z represents a ring selected from among a benzene, a benzophenone, a biphenyl and a naphthalene; R represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 6 or more carbon atoms; and n represents an integer of 3 or more. In this connection, the n-number of Rs may be same as or different from each other.)
