A sonic therapeutic apparatus comprises CPU (1), input device (2), display device (3), audio frequency processing circuit (4) and sound wave output device (5). The sonic therapeutic apparatus includes sound wave storage circuit (6) having function of sound signal input, the sound wave storage circuit is connected with CPU and storages multiform sound signals. The audio frequency processing circuit includes fundamental frequency generating circuit (7), audio frequency synthesizing circuit (8) and audio frequency amplification circuit (9). The CPU controls one or multiform sound signals to be added on the fundamental frequency signal and to be acted on human body through audio frequency amplification circuit and sound wave output device. The sonic therapeutic apparatus effectively solves the problem of single frequency in the known sonic therapeutic apparatuses. The sonic therapeutic apparatus also solves that the known sonic therapeutic apparatuses could not satisfy the requirement of therapy or adjusting to various body parts, and that the sound wave used in the known art lacks variety and the known sonic therapeutic apparatuses have low effect in therapy or adjusting.
