Abstract:
The sour product for an infantile dietotherapy applied in a course of the artificial, combined or nursed feeding of the infants from the first days of their life as well as for the medical treatment of dysbacteriosis, intestinal infections and the antibiotic therapy after-effects. The product contains components at the following ratio in % by mass; milk fat: 2.5 - 2.7; vegetable fat: 0.8 - 1.0; lactose: 2.0 - 2.2; dextrinemaltose: 1.6 - - 1.8; saccharose: 3.3 - 3.5; water: 40.0 - 41.0; proteins: the remainder, including specifically: bifido bacteria, number of cells 108 - 1099; ferriferous sulphate (oxide), mln-1 32.5 - 33.5; vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, C, D2, Bc, E, PP), mln-1 64.0 - 66.0.
