Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a specimen analysis device, specimen information processing device, and specimen analysis method capable of easily evaluating the reliability of a measurement result when the time difference between measurements is increased. [Solution] A qualitative measurement result from a qualitative urine measurement unit and a sediment measurement result from a urinary sediment measurement unit are respectively stored in a qualitative database and a sediment database. When the sediment measurement result has been obtained, if a qualitative result having the same specimen number is stored in the qualitative database, a determination is made as to whether the amount of time (Tf) that has passed from the time of the qualitative measurement to the time of the sediment measurement exceeds a set time (Ts). If the time (Tf) that has passed exceeds the set time (Ts), information indicating that the reliability of the sediment measurement result is low is stored. Thus, a warning mark (M1) is displayed in sediment result display areas (D34, D35) of a merged data display screen (D3). On the basis of the warning mark (M1), the user can easily determine the reliability of the sediment measurement result.
