The present invention provides a spectrum allocation method, apparatus and device for a routing, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: determining a target routing according to a preset routing policy; respectively performing spectrum pre-allocation on the target routing on the basis of all feasible pre-allocation solutions, and respectively calculating spectrum adjacency coefficients of the target routing after spectrum pre-allocation; and performing spectrum allocation on the target routing according to the pre-allocation solution corresponding to the maximum spectrum adjacency coefficient. In the present invention, on the basis of an inverse proportion relationship between a spectrum adjacency coefficient and a spectrum fragment rate, the spectrum adjacency coefficient corresponding to each feasible pre-allocation solution is calculated first before performing spectrum allocation on a routing, then spectrum allocation is performed on the routing according to the pre-allocation solution corresponding to the maximum spectrum adjacency coefficient, such that the spectrum fragment rate can be effectively reduced, and thus the utilization rate of spectrum resources of the entire optical network is improved.
