Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing a delphinidin-3-O-(6-O-p-coumaroyl) glucoside by separation. By means of steps such as extraction, macroporous resin purification, extracting, preparative liquid chromatography, and high-speed counter-current chromatography, separation and purification are performed on grapes to obtain a high-purity delphinidin-3-O-(6-O-p-coumaroyl) glucoside monomer. According to the method, at least 80 mg of delphinidin-3-O-(6-O-p-coumaroyl) glucoside can be obtained from 10 kg of grape skins, and the purity may reach no less than 98%. The method has advantages such as simple operation, large treatment capacity, and good repeatability, and provides a new idea for development and utilization of grape resources in China.
