Abstract:
This spin current magnetization rotating element is provided with a first ferromagnetic metal layer and spin-orbit torque wiring. The spin-orbit torque wiring has a laminated structure comprising alternating spin conducting layers and interface spin generating layers, the number of interface spin generating layers is greater than or equal to 2, and in the spin-orbit torque wiring, one of the interface spin generating layers is closest to the first ferromagnetic metal layer.
