Abstract:

This spin forming method includes a first forming step and a second forming step in which forming is carried out while rotating plate material (W) affixed to a main shaft. In the first forming step, a working tool is brought into contact with a first main surface (S1) of the plate material (W), and a first stepped part (41) that progresses from the first main surface (S1) toward a second main surface (S2) is formed. In the second forming step, the working tool is brought into contact with the second main surface (S2) more to the outer peripheral side than the first stepped part (41) and a second stepped part (51) with a reverse orientation to the first stepped part (41) is formed.
